Our Story
Femme Lead is an organization that supports women in pursuing their professional dreams. We are a community developed in Copenhagen, Denmark, and expanding worldwide through a podcast series and online events to help career-minded women learn and aspire to a successful career.

Femme Lead is an active member of Denmark's diversity and inclusion debate through online channels, our podcast, and the initiatives we share each semester.
​
Career Breakthrough is the start of an event concept where women can receive the support they need to continue their professional journey and dream big. We want to partner with organizations that support SDG #5 Gender Equality and SDG #8 Decent Work and Economic Growth.

Speaker: Antesa Jensen

Antesa Jensen is an Emotional Intelligence Expert who specializes in empathy, vulnerability, authenticity, and the emotional landscape. She teaches her clients to discern between reactive behavior, feelings, and thoughts and guides them in developing honest, kind, and compassionate communication styles that build relationships and deepen intimacy, connection, and an intuitive sense of purpose in all areas of their lives.

Her unconventional background is jam-packed with variety, from a major in French and Music in college to a 12-year career in international investment banking to ultimately landing in her vocation as a TEDx speaker, coach, and transformational facilitator and teacher. Her work has supported thousands around the world in discovering — and then living — their fullest potential.

Antesa will kick off Career Breakthrough by sharing how she identified and then amplified her _through line_ in all aspects of her life and will show us how we can do it, too!

Kirstine is Transformation Lead and Head of Lean-Agile Center of Excellence in Development in Novo Nordisk. She focuses on human-centric digital and agile transformation with takeoff in her extensive experience in value-driven digital product development. She believes in the power of teams and is energized by unlocking the intrinsic motivation of other - motivated people to deliver better products.
She is a skilled facilitator in Agile Product Management, SAFe, Scrum, and Design Thinking based on experience as a Digital Senior Project Manager, Agile Coach, and Change Leader.

​Violeta Todorova started her career in media & advertising, focused on digital innovation and emerging tech. She joined BCG after completing an MBA at INSEAD. In consulting, she focuses on the intersection of consumer brands and their large-scale digital transformations.
At Career Breakthrough, Violeta will lead a workshop on critical thinking and share tips from the consulting toolkit to help develop this vital skill in business and life.

Dana Aonofriesei is the director of engineering at Trustpilot. Her expertise, successes, and passion lie with growing individuals, teams, and organizations. Her positive attitude and tireless energy were always on her side, helping her manage disruptive change, adopt new technologies, and get things done. Dana is leading TWIL, the Trustpilot Women in Leadership in Copenhagen.
Angela and Dana will share their experience in a keynote on career progression and advice on setting yourself up for a successful career.

Speaker: Raluca Stana PhD
​
Raluca Stana, Ph.D. has a Ph.D. in Technostress, combining the fields of Information Systems, Sociology of Emotions, and Leadership. Currently, she works as an Assistant Professor at Roskilde University and develops the brand Technostress Doctor. Raluca hasn't always worked in the academic world, having changed her career from the corporate world to academia after experiencing burnout twice in her career.
​
In her research, Raluca shows how we create (techno)stress. Today, she believes in bringing your whole authentic self to work as a way to experience wellbeing. Raluca will lead a workshop on how to manage (techno)stress and show up for yourself.
